Shelly L. Robinson is the director of career services and senior program development officer for the MAPSS, Committee on International Relations, and Computational Social Science. She has over ten years in career development and higher education administration with Purdue University (Northwest), DeVry, and the Keller Graduate School of Management. Additionally, her past experience includes over ten years in human resources, recruitment, and operations management with companies such as Enterprise Holdings, Vanguard Services, and WZVN Radio. She is a former president of the Career Development Professionals of Indiana and remains involved in a variety of career-related organizations like the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
She holds a BA and MA in Communication from Purdue University, where she is currently a PhD Candidate in Organizational Communication. Her focus is Career-related Discourse, Multiculturalism, and Learning Design. She has taught courses in speech, communication, career, and critical thinking.
